Southport Market has long been an important part of the Southport community, but their social media presence didn’t reflect this. They lacked good engagement with their followers, and the community wasn’t growing.
The strategy was focused on professional photography, rather than engaging and varied content.

Create a rolling schedule of social media posts, including a focus on video content, taken from monthly ideation meetings with the client to combine local knowledge with our expertise.
Monthly reporting to give visibility to the client and ensure a data-driven approach.

Engage with the community by responding to comments and questions within content but also finding good content from across Southport, engaging with it and at times sharing with the market community.
Events Are Key
The market spearheaded a series of events that were aimed at creating further engagement with the community and we ensured these were promoted well and the content created from the events was used to created longer term engagment with the brand.
